Using the WebGrade Database, GFI WebMonitor helps control which types of websites are accessed by the employees. The database is a 100% human-reviewed web-filtering database and GFI does its utmost to provide accurate URL categorization. However due to the vastly dynamic nature of web content, it is possible that you might find URLs which do not fall under any particular category, or which in your opinion should be placed under a different category.

For this reason, GFI have launched the WebGrade customer feedback form to allow GFI WebMonitor users who are making use of the GFI WebMonitor - WebFilter Edition and UnifiedProtection Edition to submit feedback on URLs categorized within the WebGrade Database.

Note:

All submissions affected through the WebGrade customer feedback form will be manually reviewed and consequently added to the WebGrade DB.
