GFI MailArchiver will count all users whose emails are being archived by GFI MailArchiver.

Notes:

• GFI MailArchiver will count Active Directory users which have the ‘mail’ property configured in the Active Directory user properties. 
   
• Users which have been excluded from having their emails being archived will not be counted for licensing purposes. 
   
• Email addresses which have been excluded from having their emails being archived will not be reduced from the licensing count.
