Why am I having trouble installing the EndPointScan ActiveX control?

- Internet Explorer may have temporarily blocked the installation of the ActiveX control for the scanner.
- Solution: Check to see whether a yellow Internet Explorer Information bar is displayed at the top of the webpage. If so, click on the bar and select Install ActiveX Control. Click on the Install button when the Internet Explorer security warning dialog appears.
