Query keywords: 503, error, service unavailable
This issue occurs since http://server/mailarchiver/, http://server/mailsecurity/ and http://server/exchange/mailbox are hosted by the same Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) virtual server. The requests to file system content do not work and the following error message is generated:
'HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable'
This is because any virtual directory created under the same virtual server as the one that host the Microsoft Exchange will have Davex.dll script map copied to it.
To solve this issue Davex.dll must be removed from the GFI MailArchiver or GFI MailSecurity Virtual directory.
