Any new license keys that you are entitled to will be posted to your GFI customer account at http://customers.gfi.com/.

When you register your product, you also create logon details to your customer account. As soon as a new version of a product that you have is released, you will receive a new license key automatically - as long as you hold a valid maintenance agreement. This license key will be posted to your customer account and you will be notified about this by email. To collect the new key, simply login and copy and paste the license key into the corresponding product.

Therefore, to retrieve your latest license key, proceed as follows:

  1. Ensure that you register your product. This can be done at http://customers.gfi.com/newuser.aspx. Your account will be reviewed within 24-48 hours and the license key will be automatically posted to your account within 24 hours after being reviewed. 
     
  2. If you already have an account, simply go to http://customers.gfi.com/ and login to collect your license key. Note that the license keys are generated nightly on business working days, so please allow 24-48 hours after the release of a product or after having registered. You will receive email notification once a new license key is posted.

If you have lost your login name and password, you can have them re-sent to your email address. You can do this from: http://customers.gfi.com/forgotpwd.aspx.

Important:

Keep your login data secure! Do not give out your license key or user logon details to anybody outside the company! The license key is licensed uniquely to you and has your customer details encrypted into it.

From the customer area, you can also request support and escalate customer service matters. Your registration is also required to obtain technical support and enables us to send important security bulletins and information about service packs.
