The GFI MailEssentials Reporter uses Microsoft XML technology to create reports. The Microsoft XML 4.0 engine (known also as Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML) 4.0) can be downloaded from:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=3144B72B-B4F2-46DA-B4B6-C5D7485F2B42&displaylang=en.

To install the Microsoft XML 4.0 engine Windows Installer 2.0 is needed. If you do not have this version, download and install it from:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/WindowsInstaller/Install/2.0/NT45/EN-US/InstMsiW.exe

NOTE: The XML engine is only required if the GFI MailEssentials Reporter is needed, GFI MailEssentials will still function correctly if XML 4.0 is not installed.
