The following procedure applies to sending a fax from Word by means of the Outlook Form.

  1. Create your document in Microsoft Word 
     
  2. Print to the GFI FAXmaker printer driver, or select the 'Send to mail recipient' command in the Microsoft Word Menu. 
     
  3. The 'Outlook new message dialog' will come up.
     
  4. Select a recipient with a 'Business Fax field' and click 'Ok'.   
     
  5. Click 'Send'.

  7. You can doubleclick the attachment to preview your fax.
     
  8. If you have selected the 'Send to mail recipient' command, your attachment will appear as a Microsoft Word document.
