The following procedure applies to sending a fax from Word by means of the Outlook Form.
- Create your document in Microsoft Word
- Print to the GFI FAXmaker printer driver, or select the 'Send to mail recipient' command in the Microsoft Word Menu.
- The 'Outlook new message dialog' will come up.
- Select a recipient with a 'Business Fax field' and click 'Ok'.
- Click 'Send'.
